Returns & Exchanges Policy

• We will gladly accept any unused gift basket within 2 days

• Please send us the picture of Damages or goods you want to return and mention the reason for returning the items/ Our official whatsapp number is 0336-5372946

• Customer needs to return the goods via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 

• Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 

• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

• All returns should be sent to CGC, Office  no 154, Street 8,F-15/1,Islamabad

If you wish to return or exchange any portion of your online order, please contact us through whatsapp 0336-5372946, tell us the reason with pictures if necessary and our customer representative will guide you accordingly.

2. Repack the Goods

Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return are included with your return shipment.
